| | Shipping & Security Delivery:
We aim to achieve a 2-4 day delivery. At certain peak periods deliveries may take a little longer due to increased demand.
If an item is out of stock we will obtain the product as quickly as possible.
WHEN THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED we will aim to send it to you within 2-4 days unless otherwise advised.
All orders delivered to UK addresses are despatched via Royal Mail or courier service. Please ensure that your order is sent to an address where there will be someone to sign for them. Our carriers operate between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
When you place an item in the Shopping Cart an indication will be given as to availability:
In Stock - Item is available in our warehouse.
Out Of Stock - Item is out of stock, but is expected normally within 7 working days. The product will be dispatched to you upon receipt in our warehouse.
Direct Shipment
Some products due to their size/weight, will be despatched direct drom our suppliers within 7 working days. We will keep you informed of an expected delivery date.

Customers within the mainland United Kingdom will receive our Standard Delivery Service (2-4 working days, if items are in stock)
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders (For Customers within the U-K mainland)
We reserve the right to modify our charges should they be significantly different from those quoted, although we will always inform you should this be necessary.
If the delivery charges are likely to be significantly different to those estimated on our site we will contact you, with the option of paying the exact charges or cancelling/modifying your order.
Product Availability:
Our web site is regularly updated throughout the day, to ensure that we provide accurate details on product availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability. Orders placed outside our warehouse open hours (10 a.m. - 5.0 p.m. UK time Weekdays) may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Returns Policy:
FAULTY GOODS
If you have a faulty item please contact us by telephone 01827-282868 or email at returns@couchpotatoshopping.co.uk. We will issue a returns authorisation number that will need to be returned with the item. This helps us to process your returns quickly and arrange a refund or replacement. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office.
GOODS NOT REQUIRED
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it UNOPENED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, within 30 days, for a refund or exchange. Postage and Packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
